...DC, he was staying in a hotel? in Pennsylvania with an unidentified accomplice. Although it's been reported that he passed by the area of the Occupy protest, he passed by as a casual observer and was never an active participant in the protests.

Do you think FOX News will bother to report this, or will they -just like the picture of the random homeless guy in Brooklyn defecating on a police car that was improperly labeled as an OWS protester- choose to ignore reality and keep spewing whatever is most convenient for their propaganda efforts?

"Ortega-Hernandez had stayed at the hotel with another person for a few days before the Friday shooting incident, Shields said." That quote came from Lieutenant Brad Shields of the Pennsylvania State Police.

Actually, he was found in the hotel, after fleeing. Prior to the shooting he was at the OWS camp. Those facts are not up for debate.

They had searched the camp because they thought he had returned there.

He wasn't found at OWS or the White House either so he must not be affiliated with either or fired the shot....is that what you are attempting to say?
