So, my old iPhone recently died and I'm back to using my old Nokia brick, which is surprisingly capable of tethering devices via Bluetooth to it. I use the jailbreak app iBluever to tether my iPod to it, and all is fine. However, I was wondering if anybody knows of a way to then create a hotspot from my iPod touch to let my laptop connect to it, since my laptop can't tether directly to the phone (it's a MacBook but won't connect to non-iOS devices for tethering with the available preferences, I can't enable Bluetooth DUN because of insufficient admin rights). I was wondering if it was therefore possible to use an app like PDAnet or MyWi to pass on the connection via a hotspot.
Anyone know anything about this or can give me some tips? Thanks.
