Need help remembering name of manga?

All i remember is that it tells the story of this punk style teenage boy in high school. He skips class and his teacher finds him later in the day and talks him into coming back to school... i think thats how it goes. The reason why i remember this is because it had such deep writing. The teenage boy apparently had been threw a lot and hes struggling with life... so some of the things he said really hit me hard. I think the back said it was a yaoi but i don't really remember much action as far as that goes. I had to hide it from my mom and i think she ended up burning it as the stake while praying over it... lol soooo it would greatly be appreciated if you could reunite me? :'(
