Ok whenever I lock the screen to my mytouch 4g the phone powers off. So I thought I would do a factory reset and that don't work either. I have tired it from the settings menu and I have done a hard reset. Both times it just loads up the menu and starts normally. Does anyone have any idea what's going on with either of these issues?
