Well basically I got a phone from someone.it wasn't new.everytime I'm on an app the battery heats up and starts turning off automatically .yestrday I was in the sun and the phone got really hot and shut down and now it won't turn on at all.it vibrates but the screen is blank .i plugged it into my laptop and then there was a red button at the side.please help I love my phone
