my ipad stopped working please help?

it just like that ........... stop working it didn't fell or anything i dont now what happend please help me so fast

am gonna die if it didn't work

i put it in the charger and still nothing happend i press everything i sware

i put it in the pc and still help me please
yes i didi hold the on/off button in for like 5 seconds

i waited it didint work

Did you hold the on/off button in for like 5 seconds? Also, once you plug in an ipad that is completely battery drained, it takes like 5-10 minutes for it to turn back on. If none of that works, then contact Apple.
