My hamster refuse to eat..?

My hamster personality; smart, tricky, playful, very hygiene
Health problem: skin disease..itchy at the joints..been to Vet and applied medicine. minor improvement
Main problem: he refuses to eat since past few days..even the doctor gave him some glucose, medicine that can open up appetite.
Please help!! i'm so worried..he already one year old
