My DVD RW Drive doesn't eject. What should I do? reply pls asap?

DVD /-RW drive doesn't eject. I have tried manually to eject the drive and also using eject function in the Windows explorer. The drive is recognized by the computer. Also, there is no disc in the DVD drive.
I have already tried sticking a stick on the tiny hole but still it doesn't open. Everytime I attempt to open it, through the explorer command or button, I hear somthing like it's mumbling

What you can do is to remove it completely.
There should be a screw underneath the laptop and should be the screw for the DVD Drive.
Unscrew it and slide the DVD Drive out.
After that, slide it back into place and try it.
It should work.
