i tried turning it on via remote , it didnt work , i tried turning it on with my reciever , that also didnt work , i checked all the cords (like power) to see if they were all plugged in and it still wont turn on!!! pleease help me!
When it comes to electronics, there is no way to tell what the problem is without a technician looking at the internal power supply or circuit board. This is most likely has to do with the power supply itself as you have no way of turning anything on and there doesn't appear to be any powering up indication as in lights, leds or flashing.
Since this is a relatively new device, you might want to check and see if there is a warranty or if there is some way of having it serviced by Telus or the manufacturer first. If that fails to pan out, then look for a reputable electronic repair shop and ask for them what it would cost for an estimate.
