my 8 week puppy has just arrived to my home Monday night. he whines and keeps his tail tucked into his legs. the people I bought him from says he was the hyper one of the litter. is he just getting use to a new home? While online searching someone said their dog did this and had parvo but my pup has had his first shot. could he be sick
