i bought

and plugged it into the mini usb port on my moto rizr z3 then plugged in standard headphones that work fine in my computer, and the sound is muffled/fuzzy and really quiet.
ill have the volume turned all the way up and its still really soft, cant make it out unless im sitting in a quiet room. it cant be my headphones, and it deffinetly cant be my phone its new and is listen under compatible phones for this cable.... so what is wrong?!
