Motorokr z6m or LG Glimmer? (for Alltel)?

Um.. Alltel is becoming Verizon so I would look at Verizon Phones

I'm replacing my Samsung Delve, because I can't afford it's data plan. So I'm getting one of these two phones of of ebay, which one would you prefer? I've heard some bad things about the glimmer's screen going bad and all. I would like to know everything you know from personal experience. Which one is the better mp3 player, texter, etc.?
Also, would the z6 work with Alltel?
