mms issues on unlocked iPhone 4 for tmobile?

anyone having this issue? i havent been able to send/receive pictures for a month now.
ive tried every thing on the internet for the past hour, still nothing.
changed my apn settings, reboot, etc etc.

Leave the top Cellular Data APN 3-field section empty or you will have intermittent and weird iMessage behavior.
