Looking to buy a bmw?

I'm looking at buying a 2003 bmw 325xi. It has just under 66k miles, a 2.5l I6, and a 5SPEED manual. Is is in mint condition. Would it be a good buy at $14k? How much would yearly care be? Thanks!

People say they are expensive to repair, why yes they are if you take them to the dealer, but funny thing is I have a trained BMW/mini mechanic that I charge the same rate as I do a US made car owner or a rice machine. Keep the maintenance up and you will be fine. First thing is invest a little in it, don't take the owners word the oil was "just" changed. go do it have the cooling system serviced as well as the tranny. Then you can start you own regimen of service records. This Beamer will give you thousands of miles of happiness. I would offer lower than 14K for it. I agree that it rates for 12,500 so someone is wanting more than it is worth.
