LG Shine KE970 Help Required?

Hi,
Need help with the phone named above, i accidentally removed my usb cable during a transfer, now the phone wont allow me to delete the stuff i have on the internal memory, nothing helps nor does the lg sync, and advice from a person who has this phone please help as i am at my wits end.
