Last night I put it on the charger. At first it was still on but then I turned it off. When I went back to it it said it was fully charged so I took it off the charger and attempted to turn it on. For some reason it will not go past the Samsung screen. I can't call out nor can anyone call in. Can someone tell me if it's anything I can do to maybe reset the phone to come on ?
