Just got an iPhone 5 and want to buy an adaptor for my phone so I can use the old iphone cables for my new one, but the ones from apple are expensive!!
I found a good one in Amazon.co.uk called "iBoutique", the comments for it were good and says its only Good for charging.
I'm just wondering if its really safe to use it, or will it damage the phone over time? is it the same as using the official one? I only need it for charging.
if possible I want some engineer's point of view in this.
