Is this healthy? dramatic diet change..?

I usually eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast, have a piece of cake (hedgehog, éclair or muesli slice) for a snack, a salad roll for lunch then another cake of some sort and pasta or eggs on toast for tea & have started eating two 70 calorie yoghurts about 30 grams of walnuts & 2 ot 3 kiwi fruits or oranges a day. I weigh 83kgs and am 163cms tall. and work 5-6 days a week. what will the results be & how long will it take to lose weight? and is it healthy?
