There are so many red flags. A region free DVD set from Malaysia, with Malaysian, Chinese, and English subtitles all in one set, with 27 episodes crammed onto two DVDs? Definitely a bootleg. There isn't even a 1% chance this is a legit, legal release.
For future reference, there are a lot of things that can give a bootleg away, but a good rule of thumb is, if it's region free (also called "region 0," "no region," and "all region"), you can be 99.9% sure it's a bootleg. There are very, very few exceptions to this rule.
