Is This A Loud Computer Fan?

Is a 32 db fan loud? What db rated fan should I get that is quiet? 19 db?
I have a 32 db fan. It sounds alittle loud, not too much. am thinking of getting something less than 20 db. What do you guys have in db?

not really, its noticeable, but not unbearable
you should worry about the fan's airflow (in CFM) more than the loudness.

45 db is loud
16 db is not

19 db would be good. 32 will be a little loud once you hear it all day. In the store you won't really notice.
