I have bought a htc desire S from a market stall.

The phone is in perfect working order but I have just turned it on and it is asking for the draw pattern unlock code.

I have tried holding down the volume key when turning on to do a factory reset but that isnt working.

I have no way of contacting the previous owner.

does anyone have any advice please?
