If she left you for this amount of time, why don't you just file for divorce? You can go to a spy shop and they will show you what to do. When I went, they had a cell phone that you buy and give her, and you can listen to the phone calls, but I'm not sure about current technology (this was in 2007). But, she would be suspicious if you suddenly gave her a new phone. I can tell you that my ex was having a long term affair, which he hid and I found out about it. I didn't benefit, in my divorce, from this knowledge. Affairs are so common that no one is punished for them, but you will end up paying more to lawyers fighting about this. I wouldn't bother. Just file for divorce from her and be done with her.
