Is there any freeware that allows you burn .wmv or .avi files to a DVD?

imgburn works pretty well for being free. If you are doing illegal things you should probably just get a torrent for nero, it works a little faster and better.
Note, if you burn avi or wmv to a dvd it will probably only be read by computers. First use a file converter to convert to DVD if you plan on watching on a DVD player.
If you need a file converter get AVI (any video converter)
