Is There An Age Requirement To Play ModernWarfare3 and other Mature games on PS3?

i have mw3 and an account with age 21 on it but i was gonna make a new account and put my age, 15. so could i still play mw3 with my new one or do i gotta stick with my old one play online?

i already bought it. and played online, but i just wanna new account

PSN doesn't really check the age of a player. You will be able to play MW3 on that account. Any account that is under 17 or 18 (don't really know the limit) will be a sub-account it won't have what the master accounts (accounts above 17) have which I really don't know the difference.

You need to be technically 17, but 18 is usually the age that is always checked for.
