nicotine-free, or tar-free"? I know their is no such thing as healthy smoke but is their really a difference if theirs no tobacco, nicotine, or tar? whats the benefits of not adding these ingredients? Thank you
 
Nicotine is an addictive substance. Without it you don't get addicted. Tobacco produces nicotine. If it burns and is any kind of plant material then there are tars produced.

I think you are talking about those electronic cigarettes. The ones that have none of these things are only smoked for looks by kids who think it's cool to look like they are smoking. It's just a waste of money.
