Thats not too bad. At least you didn't get kicked out of school and get a black mark on your permanent record, which is what happens if you cheat at college.

Go talk to them. Tell them you understand why you are grounded and you won't do it again. You have learned your lesson. Be fucking respectful and don't act like a dick. They should let you off.
