Is religion being defined according to race?

no. not at all. im christian and i have everyone at my church. white black asian philipino middle eastern/indian etc. most ppl make it racial though, unfortunitly

Overall, probably. But I've seen people of many races follow many different religions. Maybe it's just because I live in the U.S. and see this.

Only humans have formalized religions to define, and since there is only one race of humans, the answer can only be no.

If your referring to ethnicity/culture ? then sure, different ethnic groups have always had different religions and always will.

Yes and no. There are groups of black Christians, but they tend to belong to Baptist churches/AME churches. The Nation of Islam generally has black followers, but Islam in generally is most followed in the Middle East.
