Well we don't know that if she is a templar or not if you read one of her emails it tells her that if she keeps up the good work we will reward you or something so that might be a clue, and yes she dies not to spoil it for you but the goddess juno takes control of desmond to sacrafice lucy to activate the apple of eden, reason because lucy was becoming atraccted to desmond and desmond has to go to the garden of eden to meet the descendant of eve so desmond can get laid basically and create a god, because desmond is a descandant of adam and adam was a descendent of the gods, so yea im done this is all a theory, but it makes sense from all the clues I have gathered from subject 16 and the gods lol thanks for reading
