Is it possible to connect my pc headset to my mobile phone?

Well I just purchased a headset for my pc and I'd like to use it to my phone as well. It has two jacks, one is for audio and one is for the mic. Thank you in advance!

Yes u can but make sure that you connected your headphone cable (mostly its black) to your phone u can listem music and radio well comfortably but on call u should use your phone's microphone that will be little hard
