Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt it depends on her persoanality if she is a smiley person normally no but if Shes like a smile only when she's happy person yes

that could be it, shes just nervous so some girls resort to laughter when they are afraid of what to say next or shes just happy,i laugh alot and its not weird at all!
