iPhone locked to BELL - Canada?

Can I use a locked phone 4 (Locked to BELL carrier in CANADA) in INDIA?
What is the procedure for the same, tried with officialiphoneunlock.co.uk, they do not provide the unlock for bell. What do I do? I have already buyed the phone. I want to use it on AIRTEL/IDEA

Not a big deal, go to any mobile repair shop and they will factory unlock your phone in near about rs 2000.
