iPhone acting really weird in the middle of updating?

So I decided to update my iPhone to remove the jailbreak. While it was updating, it suddenly turned off and then on over and over again. It's been doing this for almost an hour and I don't know what to do! I need help!!! Please I tried restarting it but it still does the same thing

download iTunes on your laptop from this link: apple.com/itunes . plug your iPhone into your computer and wait until tunes detects your phone. then press "restore" on iTune's iPhone page. just continue with the onscreen instructions.
