IPhone 4 apps not opening?
None of them will open (except the built in apple apps such as mail, contacts, phone, etc.), they will just flash to their loading screens for a few seconds and then return to the homescreen of the phone. Neither a soft reset nor a hard reset will fix this. Downloading a free app store won't fix this either, and I can't bring it to Apple since it's jailbroken. I would reset it, but I'm afraid....what to do?
