internet connection after reformatting PC?

Hi I reformatted my desktop PC yesterday and after running the drivers cd after doing so I am not able to connect to the internet. Someone suggested I look in CP-system-hardare-device manager and when I looked there some device are not there the ones highlighted with a yellow question mark are:Ethernet controller,PCI Device,Video controller(VGA compatiable). My PC is dell dimension 3100, how can I fix this problem. By the way my question may sound like I know alot about PCs , don't be fooled I am no expert so please keep answers simple and easy to understand. Thanks!

Hi,
your ISP should have given you an install disc when you ordered your service, you will need to find it and then run it.
