I have an Acer Aspire One 532h without Bluetooth. I have therefore purchased a Sitecom CN-516 USB BT dongle device and am now trying to install the drivers - but this always stalls at the 10% progress mark. This is repeatable. The drivers actually come from Toshiba. I have tried to install the latest drivers from the Sitecom CD that came with the device, downloaded from the Sitecom website, and from the Toshiba website. But all attempts stall at 10%. Sitecom Tech. Support suggested that I try removing all of Bluetooth s/w and then trying to run the device in plug&play sans drivers - but this doesn't work either. Sitecom have now stopped responding on the issue - so much for a 10-year guarantee. Does anyone know what I can try next? BTW I have also tried the BlueSoleil dongle - but that doesn't work either. Thank you.
