use how to use , etc .? So I'm looking to gain weight , I want to be fit, toned, and a lot more thicker for the summer coming up . I really dislike being skinny so I decided to take a weight gainer from GNC , Problem is I don't know which one will help me . I need one to hit me all around my body and I want to go from size 0 to size 5-7 . (In jeans) And I wanna work out my stomach . I'm really not happy with my body , I like thick . I really don't like bones and I want to change . I wanna know what to change with the food if I start taking it . I need to know every thing , I want my whole body to get thicker but I'm trying to target my legs more than anything else . So How would it all work ? Need all the help I can get . Thank you <3
