Im confused about this girl, is she interested or not?

So I asked this girl out to lunch and she said she is currently out of town for the day but will let me know when she got back. She text me at like 9 saying she got back a while a go. That was it and I didn't respond. Surely if she was interested she would have said something like "hey I just got back still wanna eat?" instead of saying she got back a while a go

YES YES YES she still is interested but shes a female and normally use females are quite shy and scared to ask.. so if i was u i would call or text asking her on a date.. good luck
