If you don't have AT&T, which would be better: iPhone or iTouch?

Since I don't have AT&T, I don't know if purchasing an iPhone would be worth my money. Would it be worth it to buy an iTouch $100 more? So, what I'm trying to ask is, Which is better: an iPhone or an iTouch...if you don't have AT&T? Thanks!

Depends what you need, if you want the phone function a long with GPS and the wireless 3G data. Then get the iPhone.

If those aren't your priorities in the product, go for the Touch. That's how I look at it because you have to remember that with the iPhone you'll have to pay monthly also. So if you're not using the phone function, then it's a waste of your money.
