Dana White would hire a professional translator that didn't look and sound like an Aunt who spent a semester in the U.S. when she was a sophomore in college.
The UFC just does a better job at making less animated people seem more alive. Joe Rogan is entertaining enough. Just his tone and the questions he asks makes you excited about the post fight interview even if it was 3 rounds of boringness. At the end, he'd say "Ladies and gentleman..FEDOR EMELIANENKO!!" and you'd get pumped.
Also, Mike Goldberg's voice alone takes it to a new level.
