cable/satellite, will I be able to view? So, if I buy a new digital tv tomorrow, but don't have cable or satellite (because I can't afford the extra monthly bill), will I still have enough reception to be able to view my local channels? Also, do all digital tv's have the "digital tuner" or is this purchased separately and what is it's purpose?
