well a few minutes ago i was beginning to fall asleep when i could literally feel my heart pounding! it scared me, i was calm and relaxed when it happened and it was racing like crazy. it felt like someone siting on my chest. it was a little hard to breath to.it just happened so im a little shook in up and scared to go to sleep. could it have anything to do with a heart murmur cause i have a second grade heart murmur. im only 15 that'sats helps any. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP just to assure me that im okay at least.i have not told me not yet. shes sleeping and would not believe me. she would be mad.
