What is the point of this?

It was an old rusty ice cream van with signs and writing all over it. It looked like a cheap bogan vehicle, not at all worthy of being an all powerful God's last way of communicating to humanity.
I took pictures of it, didn't hang around long enough to meet the driver though!
The number plate was "LAM 144"

If it helps identify what religion this is supposed to represent, I found it in Australia.
Whatever van it used to be, it has been heavily modified as an ice cream van. No manufacturers symbols were visible under the signs and paint. It was much larger than a combi van, 2.5m high and 6m long. from the body work id guess 1965 to 1980
