One of the characters in my stories is an eighteen -- year -- old girl whose name is Patricia Pattner . She's a very beautiful and sweet girl who mostly wears T -- shirts, blue jeans, and sandals . Her nickname is "Frog" . My # 1 explanation is that it's an acronym for "funky real original girl", "fantastic royal original girl", "funky real original gypsy", or "fully relying on God" .
My # 2 explanation is that she made friends with a little boy ( or a girl ) who waved a toy magic wand and pretended to turn her into a frog . She went along with him, pretended to be a frog, word got around, and her friends started calling her "Frog" . Does anybody have any better ideas ? Thank you in advance for your answers .
