I'm 15 year old and I have been suffering depression since moving to Canada three years ago. When I first transfered to one of the public schools there I couldn't even speak a word in English. During that period I experienced social isolation and had only 1-3 friends. So now that I learned the language but the past event was permanent and I lost almost all my ability to speak in public or make any jokes that are funny. So in short, not only did I lost my sense of humor but I also feel more nervous than before. Is there any way to regain what was mine?
