like i talk to him alot on bbm we joke around have things in coming call eachother names and like i just no i cant have him

my friend liked him did stuff with him
i barley talk to her but she did get mad that i liked someone before that she liked .
my friend is friends with his ex that i went clubbing 2 with .

but like i do enjoy talking him i dont wanna start anything i dont know how i can evern like go on with this i likd him before thing .

i cant have him because my friend keeps all her feelings with the people she liked ...

Uh, you don't want anything to happen, or you know nothing can happen because of your friend, or because he doesn't like you?

What you can do, just so she can't turn around and get mad, is ask her if you could try and start dating him or whatever. See if she's over it, or if she's still interested in him. If she says that you can't have anything with him, all you can do is be friends until she moves on.
