...have updated the firmware.? It's just over a year old. It plays DVDs just fine. Played bluerays for a short while but now at best it'll open the menu & then I get a black screen; even on the disks that previously worked. I direct hooked it to the internet & had it do an update. Nada. Samsung's script readers had me do a reset & nada. They confirmed my update was current. At that point they ran out of scripts & couldn't tell me anything else other then to mail in my player & cash & I might see it back in a few months. Any other ideas?
