I don't know what to do to get my Play store on my motorola electrify m,

can anyone help? When I attempt to start my play store, it either begins loading and then kicks me out of the app, or o press the button to access the app, and immediately kicks me out. I have read tons of forums, and really don't want to do a factory reset. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you!

go to settings of your phone
then go to application
then click on play store
then uninstall updates
then switch off your phone then open it again
hope your crash solves.........

Manage application>play store> Clear Data! If it doesn't work download a new play store app from browser! Use appbrain.apk helps you download all apps in a great way!
