I borrowed a Video from a friend, I am about to give it back. Should I ask for my

DVD back? I know that this may sound like a stupid/Obvious question. But My friend is very strange and if I ask them about my DVD, they will crack the shit's and slam the door in my face. The DVD was a very inexpensive DVD to buy. But it is really the ethics of the situation.

If you were in my position, what would you do?

Find the DVD in their house and then steal it back when you are hanging out there.

Let them know that you won't freak out be understanding about problems like oh i broke the disc don't freak out if you might want to be like a kid make a "trade" for it just generally ask what happened to it and keep the video hostage say as long as i know what happened to it you get your video back? good luck
