I saw this movie as a kid and it has been bothering me ever since! I only remember certain parts though... The movie starts in what looks like a futuristic place and there is a dark haired girl with her mentor. Then I remember that she somehow ends up in the 80's-90's at a girls house and she doesn't know how to use anything... She gets in the shower and just says "wash" and is dumbfounded when she isn't instantly clean... I also think she puts her clothes in the microwave and catches them on fire. Then at the end the girl she is staying with is mortally injured and she saves her life using a tiara looking thing that she puts on her head... That's all I remember...
