So at the end if march I'm going to Florida and seeing this guy I really like but I'm so fat and just want to look pretty when I'm with him. I need to lose the weight FAST I don't care what it takes as long as I lose 20 lbs I'm happy!! HELP any meal plans? Exercises that get rid if belly fat and love handles??
